Big Bus Dinner: Chef’s Table Under the Lights – A Huge Success!

Our unforgettable evening under the lights raised $10,500, creating a BIG impact for the Westerville students and families we serve. This incredible night wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing partners, vendors, Executive Chef Sean Barger and his team, Tatjana Brown from Meza Wine Shop, our dedicated Big Bus board, and our incredible volunteers. We are deeply grateful to all who attended—your tickets directly supported our mission to meet students and families where they are with academic support, opportunities, and learning. We are creating a multi-generational impact. Supporting entire families, not just individual students. Through our programs we serve PreK-12th and Parents year-round.

Big Bus is on a mission to raise $20,000 through our Peer-to-Peer fundraising campaign to support impactful programming this Fall for K–12 students and our Preschool & Parent program. These programs don’t just educate — they empower entire families and ignite a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

Volunteers are the heart of our mission, making it possible to provide academic support and resources to students and families in need. With over 635 approved hours and 242 events since 2023, their dedication has created a $20.197K economic impact, helping us reach more communities. As we continue to grow, we need more volunteers to expand our programs, support student success, and create lasting, multi-generational change.
